Tiana or Tia was very helpful in correcting an order that I placed online. When I reviewed my order in the email sent immediately after I placed the order, I realized that the order was incorrect. I spoke with Tiana or Tia and she corrected the order and even provided me a one time discount that I was not expecting. Great customer service!
