Brandy supplied outstanding service. My pulmonologist refused to give me a prescription for a travel cpap without seeing me 1st and he couldn't do that for 2 months. So I asked my GP when I saw him this afternoon and he did so. I called at 6 PM Pacific standard time and Brandy was able to receive the prescription by smartphone and fill my order and have it shipped out the next day. I am traveling in 10 days so this speedy service is especially appreciated.

I have a Res Med 11 and a Res Med mini so I use CPAP.com frequently. I have been very pleased with their service. However, Korinne was simply THE BEST! She solved a problem for me by taking the time to listen to my issue and suggesting a remedy. I was very grateful for her advice and assistance for getting me the proper cloth face mask. Being diagnosed with severe sleep apnea in my 50s has been a terrible ordeal. I am busy and sleep deprived and unmotivated while I struggle to get what I need. I have been waiting months for a machine through insurance. But with the help of Brandy via phone and Angie and Czarina via chat I will have a machine tomorrow.
