I have to admit that Charlsie W saved my account with cpap.com. I was so frustrated and angry before speaking with her. I had been trying to get my cpap machine ordered for two weeks and there was a communication problem between the Doctor's office and cpap.com. Charlsie did not behave as though she needed to get rid of me in five seconds flat nor did she behave as though she needed to pass me on to someone else. Ordered a new apap machine today due to the Phillips nightmare. Tonisha (spelling?) was very helpful, quick and easy. Very nice to do business with someone whom takes care of you in a timely and very polite manner for a change!!

Erica was very helpful and efficient. Much better than the out of date web site information! Keep her on with a bonus or reward of some kind. She made me change my mind about canceling my order due to misleading discount ads.
