Bought a CPAP masking from them which was covered by their 30-day return policy. Great price, very fast shipment, product was exactly as described. Unfortunately, I couldn't make the mask work for me, so I contacted the company. Their CSR, Erica, got me sorted out by chat in about five minutes. Outstanding service. AAA+++

Efficient and courteous service for a small order. I needed a replacement for a broken knob on a CPAP machine. The person I talked with spent all the time we needed to find the item and place the order. Impressed by the civility and lack of pressure to get me off the line for a larger order. I have been a customer for many years and have been consistently satisfied with the service.
I am very happy with CPAP.com. They ship fast. Their prices are excellent. My last order had a backorder on my mask which is a first for them. Brandy the customer service representative found a solution for me right away - handled everything made the changes to my order fast and basically was the easiest edit to an order I have ever been involved with.
