We had a wonderful meal! Can't wait to go again! So glad there is one within an hour finally!!!
Love the store! The food was pretty good. There was a couple issues with the order, but they were great about making it good! It’s a new restaurant, so I’m sure it’s gonna take some time to get the bugs worked out.!
Food and service was excellent
Had a rather large catering order for a brunch and was super impressed how smooth everything went! Food was ready on time and pick up was a breeze. Everything was packaged nicely & the boxes kept all of the food warm for the entire brunch. Would definitely recommend their catering services!
Dinner was absolutely delicious. Our server, Jordan, was so pleasant. You really get your money's worth eating at Cracker Barrel! So happy there is one in Reno now!!
Store was cute. Customer service excellent! Dumplings were terrible. It was dry mush. And it tasted like cheap Alfredo sauce. I would return for the Mac n cheese and biscuits. Delicious!
Always room for improvement
It was great as always. Your employees make it so enjoyable to shop, and of course, we always spend at least $100. Just love your gift shop sooo much. Thank you Cheryl King
