Service was awful and food was cold.. this was our second visit and the experience was the same as the last time sadly.
Our waitress did not refill beverages as often as she should have, had to ask and remind for refill. We also requested straws, took over 5 mins and two requests. Purchased a to-go meal, and it was delivered before we even received our food - she said the kitchen would run out otherwise. This should have been kept cold until we were ready to leave.
Did not like Breakfast sampler with french toast. Very plain and food was cold.
my very first time with yall. Had the biscuit breakfast. biscuits were good but dang little. Im mid 60's and dont usually complain about portion size. but they were SMALL. (and mangled) the sausage was tasty but even smaller. Service was lackluster and slow. I understand this store is brand new and will return for another try. loved the ice tea lemonade. but cant get a shot of Skyy thats advertised as in the Bloody Mary? The grilled chicken was wonderful but the pinto beans were undercooked big time with no flavor. My husband's eggs, over medium were almost over hard the ladt 2 visits. Guess we'll stay away from eggs and beans and go with what we know us good. Love the place.
Very disappointed, told our wait time would be 20 minutes. I checked to ask how much longer and was told again 20 minutes. All this time people were being sited. Finally got sited. Coffee was lukewarm orange juice was warm. Not going back.
I waited over 30 min for my meal which finally came out cold and doughy(I had the biscuits and chicken) the manager made it right by taking my meal back and comping the meal however the take home meatloaf and macaroni was just plain. Not a lot of flavor and the macaroni was runny. I can't type for my friend however I can tell you she also was not impressed w the food.
I walked in the store to make a to-go order. The host (Asian girl) directed me to the cashier's. It was confusing at first. There were customers standing around not knowing if they were waiting for their orders or trying to complete their to-go orders. A cashier came to help sort out the confusion. Hot food. Hot coffee. When a family is ordering all the meals should come out at the same time, not at different times, 25 minutes later.
