The meal was fine. The service was fine. We had to ask for missing silverware and a side dish. Little things but annoying.
All personnel were very helpful and accommodating. We had Breakfast. Everything, except the bacon, was undercooked and very disappointing. The hashbrowns, especially, were undercooked and not really eatable. The biscuits and gravy were great. My husband had a slice of the cinnamon roll pie, and it was delicious. We have never had bad food at Cracker Barrel, so this was a first. Will probably be a long time before we eat Breakfast there again.
The cashier was so pleasant and efficient. Signed me up for your rewards program. Plus it was her Birthday! I've never been to a Cracker Barrel. Next time I'll eat. I was just there to shop. You had a nice selection of Christmas decor. I bought a led truck Santa was driving. So cute!
Food was excellent as was the service. I loved shopping in the store as there were many unique items!

First time coming to a Cracker Barrel, and it was off the charts amazing! From the atmosphere, to the superior service to the out of this world food!!! This visit did not disappoint. Only issue is there is not a location close to our home (San Diego) for us to visit again, and often! We will definitely be back to any location we may encounter in our travels.
