slow service, no refills, 1/2 of the order was left in the kitchen and didn't arrive until we were finished eating.
My service was great. My meatloaf was cold, and the fried okra was overcooked. Some pieces of the fried okra were hard as rocks. I know everybody has a bad days once in a while, so I did not complain. But you are asking!
It took an hour to get our food and it was cold when it arrived. The gravy tasted burnt. I loved Cracker Barrel in TN but I think this store is new and needs to get things in order.
Too cold that place i asked the waiter she just told us oh the heater is on i don’t think…so too cold is not a good place to eat …. Ill be back i think when it is not too cold to eat…
One hour for our food once we ordered. It was served cold. Coffee was just brown water. So sad
