Busy but everyone was great
It's a new location so I'm sure they are working out the bugs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only thing is the 2 times we have went there has been a problem with our waitress not realizing we are thier table and have had to track someone down both time. But we figured it's only because it's a new location.

First time at the Reno Cracker Barrel and loved it just as much as all the other ones I’ve been to. So glad we finally have one in our city.
Cozy and pleasant atmosphere, fireplace was a nice touch. Menu offerings at or above expectations. Menu had a good layout and it was easy to navigate. My eye was immediately drawn to the free appetizer with app download. Also drawn to the take home entree offerings, may take advantage of this at some point. Drinks brought promptly. In this day and age, bringing a plastic straw with glasses of water is not necessary, consider a paper straw instead.
