We had a great experience here, and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. Kyler was our server, and he was very attentive and has great customer service. We had meatloaf, ribs, crispy chicken tenders, okra, fries, and mac and cheese, which came out very quickly, and all of it was delicious. The little country store part was great as well. This was the best experience we've ever had at a Cracker Barrel!
Geneveve provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate our food allergy with great attention to detail. She was not only attentive but also genuinely caring, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality!
We just left the Pueblo, Colorado store and I am appalled at the quality of food that was served here. The chicken and dumplings were watered down with one hunk of chicken in it and a very few dumplings. The broth was a yellow color instead of the usual cream color. The bread was dried out. It had obviously been sitting in the warmer a while. The mac and cheese tasted like they forgot to add flavor. I love this place, old style county cooking, the highlight is the store, it is like going back in time, I like the different kinds of candies and pop soda, check it out. I would like one day to personally thank the owners of this restaurant chain.
Our server was top notch. We stopped in for a late night dessert and hot beverage on a cooler evening. Elizabeth was extremely kind and tentative. There wasn't many dessert options but the ones available were delicious.
