I love this place, old style county cooking, the highlight is the store, it is like going back in time, I like the different kinds of candies and pop soda, check it out. I would like one day to personally thank the owners of this restaurant chain.
Our server was top notch. We stopped in for a late night dessert and hot beverage on a cooler evening. Elizabeth was extremely kind and tentative. There wasn't many dessert options but the ones available were delicious.
Visited on 13 OCT 24 between 8pm and 9pm, approximately 20 other patrons were already seated, and there was no line to be seated. Absolutely abhorrent service, from the time we stepped in the door till the time we left. Wasn't greeted by any staff; waited 5 minutes to be seated; waited another 10 minutes for a waitress to approach our table to introduce herself; waited another 10 minutes for her to bring out our drinks (water is super hard to find here in Pueblo, judging by the amount of time it took her to bring it to us).... read more
Young lady who seated us was extremely rude, dropped our menus in the table and walked off. Gave everyone else she seated silverware but us. It wasn't busy at all for a Friday afternoon so I'm not sure what her issues was but.... They served our drinks in paper cups which I felt was extremely tacky and never gave us any reason as to why.
