we got the Sirloin Steak Tips & Tenders Family Meal last week, and it was great...well worth the money. however we ordered it again yesterday and cracker barrel gave us LESS THAN HALF of what we got last week! NOT WORTH 75$. don't get the Sirloin Steak Tips & Tenders Family Meal !!!
The food seemed like it was just thrown together. Chicken was like rubber, you'd think it was cooked in a microwave. Overall, not worth it!
the only food item with liquid was upside down at the bottom of the bag. food was great! but i would much rather not have to spend 10 min cleaning everything off before i can even eat.
Small amount of Pot Roast, small amount of mashed potatoes. I asked for chicken and dumplings and loaded mashed potatoes. I received plain mashed potatoe they were not loaded,I received some kind of beef stew as my other side, and no chicken or dumplings were present in the small soup cup I received. and this was not cheap either. the Sawmill Gravy was bland and didnt taste like much without adding salt.
Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast the ham was a strip smaller than my bacon...and my loaded hashbrowns where burnt all around the edge...which wouldn't have mattered ..but the size was not even as big as a playing card..and as flat!!! I have never had this bad of food from them..but today was a super let down!!!
The portions were so sad on the granpGrandpa's Country Fried Breakfast I tossed my Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast pancakes in the trash. The batter in the middle was gross.
I only gave one star because I had too. we ordered Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage and received no gravy!!!!. Door Dash offered a refund of less than 3 dollars. The Gravy is a big part of the meal. Call and spoke with a manager named David, his responds was he could put us on the books for a free meal or come and get the gravy. We asked for a discount or refund for the meal and we were told to contact door dash.
Half of the Shrimp in my shrimp and grits were still raw. I Don't normally complain, but shrimp is easy cook, just pan sear on each side for 1 minute and a half on each side. Please watch what you put out. Thank you.
They put minimal effort in the Loaded Hashbrown Casserole plus my Mashed Potatoes with Sawmill Gravy was missing the mashed potatoes, all I got was gravy.
