the double chocolate fudge cake was very small and burnt, they didn't get our order right, they sent the wrong sides. we really like Cracker Barrel, we visit often, this was the first time we ordered delivery. we won't be doing that again.
terrible meal, servings are smaller, got hashbrowns instead of hasbrown casserole, meatloaf was just thrown in pan. very unhappy, used to love this meal
ordered the 12 pc fried chicken Southern Fried Chicken Family Meal with loaded hash browns, mashed potatoes and gravy, and Mac and Macaroni & Cheese . talk about highway robbery dude! only 10pc of old chicken with no flavors. my gravy had two apple slices swimming in it! the hash browns were dry.... didnt even save the day with the Macaroni and cheese dude. won't order again.

The soup and meatloaf were delicious! However, the meatloaf and mashed potatoes didn't have the sawmill gravy I asked for and the potatoes were dry.
The fish fry was very disappointing. The breading was not good and there was barely any fish. I have ordered this before and it was very good. This time not good at all! I will not order this again.
Every time I order from this place thinking this time it'll be different, it's worse. They ALWAYS forget something from my order, literally every single time. The loaded baked potato was a small, dry af potato with a tiny bit of cheese on it and they gave me some butter in a little container. There was no bacon, no chives, no sour cream and less than a tablespoon worth of cheese, absolutely nothing like their picture. It was pathetic. The mini chocolate chip pancakes, didn't have chocolate chips in them the biscuits and gravy were good. The sausage was really dry
