I had such a great experience at Dave's Hot Chicken! The restaurant was spotless! Everything looked so clean and well taken care of, and the moment I walked in, it smelled amazing. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place welcoming and fresh. A big shoutout to Steph, who greeted me with the brightest smile and such a positive attitude. Very disappointed!!! Fries was stale as if it was cooked an hour before.Inside the sliders there was no coleslaw. Meat was very dry. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Ordered and did a pick up. The next day my grandson (only one who ate this food) had food poisoning!!!!! Called corporate office in Pasadena. No live person ever answers the phone. Reception goes to voice mail, customer service goes to voicemail. Filled out form online and received an AI response!!!! The manager at this location has never contacted me!!!! I will never go to this location again.

The food is good. My biggest issue with buying Dave's at this point, is that I'm spending $20+ for a meal (not including tip) and they serve me with very minimal fries and limited sauce. Like damn, why am I spending so much for some bull. It's just not worth it at this point, I'd rather spend $15 at in n out and tip them there for more food to eat. Honestly, barely any human contact could be a good thing to some people - but it was cold here. The fries were cold and overcooked, chicken was okay (5/10). The "toast" was just white bread. Sauce was a canes knockoff. I won't be coming back here. Overpriced. Small chicken tenders. Highest option is two tenders.

Never ever use grubhub or yelp to order. Rude useless and takes 40 minutes to order for pick up and turns out they jacked me for extra money!!! Never use then they were rude on phone at some call centre in the Philippines. Delete them both
