Just left here... chicken isn't the same as it usually is. Only one size no small or large. Paid for ranch and didn't receive said ranch

Waited about 30min for a mediocre chicken sandwich. Everyone else that waited got a free drink and received an apology for the wait.. not me.. also, everyone else who came in after myself was told about a free shake if they completed the survey. I guess they don't want my criticism. Don't know why this place treated me different than everyone else. Not a welcoming experience for myself.

When I went to Dave's I took my friend and he did not a good experience, because a person sitting near me BURPED really loud!!! And he-was really traumatized, and he his lost his appetite.

This is how I got my food. A pinch of slaw and it's thrown all over the place with barely any fries. I used to work here, this is not at all how it's supposed to come.

Really disappointing experience. I waited so long for my order even though the place wasn't busy, and when I finally got it, the chicken was dry, cold, and stringy. The fries were also mushy and cold. For the hype and the price, I expected way better quality. Definitely not worth it.

Service and Kindness here does not exist. I asked for a water cup and they literally declined me. They said I can get one if I put a review on yelp for them so this is my review. Unbelievable.

I waited 20 minutes for this.. honestly this is getting bad. Dave's Hot Chicken is turning into chipotle and cava - overpriced food and skimping out on portions. Literally Panda Express is the only fast food place where you can get full off of what you pay for. And it's less expensive. Too bad I can't eat it everyday. I'm disappointed in Dave's!

Waited 20 min for food to go. Fries were cold overdone and half a portion clearly Fries that were sitting. Chicken was warm not sure why it took so long nobody was in the restaurant. No apologies I guess poor service is normal.
