Ordered and did a pick up. The next day my grandson (only one who ate this food) had food poisoning!!!!! Called corporate office in Pasadena. No live person ever answers the phone. Reception goes to voice mail, customer service goes to voicemail. Filled out form online and received an AI response!!!! The manager at this location has never contacted me!!!! I will never go to this location again.

The food is good. My biggest issue with buying Dave's at this point, is that I'm spending $20+ for a meal (not including tip) and they serve me with very minimal fries and limited sauce. Like damn, why am I spending so much for some bull. It's just not worth it at this point, I'd rather spend $15 at in n out and tip them there for more food to eat. Now I'm going to go get some shawarma from down the street because they wanna sell kids meals for $20. Call me a big back, idc I'm tired, my pockets are tired, and in this economy... read more

Honestly, barely any human contact could be a good thing to some people - but it was cold here. The fries were cold and overcooked, chicken was okay (5/10). The "toast" was just white bread. Sauce was a canes knockoff. I won't be coming back here. Overpriced. Small chicken tenders. Highest option is two tenders.

Never ever use grubhub or yelp to order. Rude useless and takes 40 minutes to order for pick up and turns out they jacked me for extra money!!! Never use then they were rude on phone at some call centre in the Philippines. Delete them both

Waited about 30min for a mediocre chicken sandwich. Everyone else that waited got a free drink and received an apology for the wait.. not me.. also, everyone else who came in after myself was told about a free shake if they completed the survey. I guess they don't want my criticism. Don't know why this place treated me different than everyone else. Not a welcoming experience for myself.

When I went to Dave's I took my friend and he did not a good experience, because a person sitting near me BURPED really loud!!! And he-was really traumatized, and he his lost his appetite.
