Good food but I've been watching my food sit on the counter for over 10 minutes and they are taking forever . I will never come back to this location based on them not having enough workers or servers there is over 10 trays of food and they are just talking and having fun confused how to do there job the place is dirty messy trash all over the floors there computers are malfunctioning and won't give you a receipt . Bad location
It was cool but for a 9 dollar top loaded shake with no loadings not worth it thumbs down. Maybe just the location had it a week or two ago in LA and was actually loaded and good. Rest of the food was alright.

What I thought would be a great lunch for me before work ended up giving me food poisoning. I ordered the two chicken sliders the service was great but something seemed off about the food because not even half hour later I'm throwing it up constantly and I'm never coming back here I missed two days of work

While the food was okay, it's absolutely horrible to wait 35 minutes for two meal. We came into a store that had a few customers and it still took forever. Why am I paying $35 for four small chicken. Hell, some of the other customers chicken was almost 2x our sizes. Bad experiences. Also, smells like sewer at this location.

If you love to get food poisoning from undercooked chicken, then I HIGHLY recommend this place. Never again will come to this restaurant chain. Horrible service, place is always dirty and the food will definitely get you sick for a couple days.

The chicken wasnt all that I'm not sure if it was because I got the medium spice level chicken the pickles looked weird and had a weird taste and the price for what I saw was not justifiable.

I used to tell everyone I know about Dave's from when they first opened their location on Harriman in San Bernardino but as the years have gone by, this place has gone absolutely downhill. I placed an online order and it said would be ready by 6:45. Order was not given to us until 7:20. We asked multiple times about our order and each time, they did not give us a time estimate but instead they just told us to keep waiting. There were two people ahead of me. It took over 20 minutes to get my food. They definitely care more about phone orders than a person walking in. My first and last time going to this location!

Took over an hour to get an online order they prioritize delivery orders at least that's what it seemed like I ordered 2 tenders and fries with 10 piece bites I didn't get any honey napkins or utensils in bag when I included it on my order to have all those things in the bag and the spice was ridiculous I got medium and it was terrible way hotter than it should of been not even enjoyable it was not worth the wait definitely won't be going back to this location again but I mean their chicken was cooked through and coated pret... read more
