I made a online order 35 minutes ago which was supposed to be ready to pickup after the 15min period. Food is still not ready and all the server can say is its still being worked on. More staff is needed the Floors are full of trash and the tables... I won't come back to this location and I love Daves Hot Chicken
Ordered my food at 9:38pm didn't get it until 10:16pm I know they were busy but I feel like the time should have been updated for pick up then.
Took about 30 minutes for our food and still got the order wrong. Asked for the #2 with pickles and kale slaw on the side and they only put pickles on the side. The other #2 we got only had a pinch of kale slaw. The kale slaw must be made of gold!
Bruh this was literally the saltiest chicken I have ever had. Got hypertension from 2 bites. Dave why do you hate me. got the hot and it wasn't even hot. Just salt.
The food is great , but they wait is extremely long. They sent me a message saying that my food was ready at 11:34 & I didn't receive it until well after midnight. I ordered at 11:00 . When asking about the wait time the cashier said idk with a slight attitude . There was a lady who came from the back with a better attitude & tried to be helpful but all around it was disappointing & not worth the wait honestly. They are clicking that the food is ready when it isn't so their ticket time is cut down & it's not true .
I came in today 4/19/24 I come pretty frequently to eat here and I've never had a problem with customer service from the employees. Today on the other hand.. the cashier Lilliana or however u spell her name had the worst attitude I've come across in a long time. Not only did she walk up to the register with an attitude she didn't seem to want to help me out with the questions I had. When I spoke to the manager (Ana) she brushed it off. waited 40 minutes and asked for refund and they hurried my order only because i asked for refund lol
Good but I found the mild flavor to just taste like seasoning was dusted on top , definitely very greasy
