The wait time was way too long. The food is good and the ambiance is nice. The staff is friendly as well

Not gone lie i fuck with daves never had a problem with them. Usually yall be taking a fat minute to make the food but then i realize damn yall got online orders that shit sucks i feel it . But nah dawgy yall forgot my ranch perritos no mames wey i waited 30 min and forgot the ranch fuhhh wey . Other than that the food was amazing .

42 minute wait and they hadn't even started my order!!!! Had to get a refund didn't even get to try the chicken. Place was filthy as well. Will not be back!

I ordered my food online 20 minutes prior to arriving at the restaurant. When I got there, my name was on the screen under the "order ready" column. I asked about my food and the person at the handout counter just yelled to the kitchen that I was there and then they started cooking it. I understand it can get busy, but it was not busy at this time. I was also not told on when my food would actually be ready, and the person helping out just left the counter to go on her break.

The most atrocious wait times in all of the IE, with super inaccurate pick up times. The food itself passes when they don't give you all crust sandwiches. Just a mess here, it doesn't matter what time of day or week you will find yourself wasting away as you wait for your food.

went to Tudes hot chicken yesterday to try it out I'm sorry it may be all the rage but it's just another fast food place and it's not that great. The greatest thing about the places you can get something to eat for $6.99 with a drink $12.99 for one person so it's cheap compared to everything else. Order took over 30 mins cooks did not prioritize customers waiting. There was no mention of a wait time. I was not even offered free food after waiting 35 mins and missing my lunch. I left hungry after waiting 35 mins and I am diabetic. I asked for a refund, left quietly and ONE OF THE COOKS WITH SHORT HAIR STARTED HECKLING ME ON THE WAY OUT which is what prompted me to write this review
