the service was good main cashier had a great attitude ! area was well put together and got my order in a timely manner

Waited 40 minutes for food after ordering from kiosk. I don't mind waiting during busy hours but here is my main complaint: Employee took out the trash with bare hands and took it to dumpster. After that, I watched said employee come inside and NOT wash hands after taking out the trash, then proceeded to check orders with the same hands he used to take out the trash. Got my food and my chicken was burnt. Slow service and unclean.

This place sucks. That's the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait 45 minutes and the order is wrong.

Usually, they would get five stars but this particular day they get 1. I think my picture will tell it all I work down the street from this restaurant and myself and my coworkers come there a lot so I guess I should just be happy that even though nasty and look nasty I got a free drink for it

Yikes over an hour wait for food at what seems like any hour? Store is perpetually understaffed, another strike for San Bernardino

Came for the mozzarella sticks. We ordered online then we came in, waiting two hours, for them to tell us they don't have any. We check our app and the mozzarella sticks have been completely wiped from our already placed order. still charged us for it though. i understand it was busy, but two hours after pickup time is ridiculous.

The wait at this place is ridiculous waited over 2 hours. I don't see what the point of ordering online if I arrive at the time it says to and my food is still not ready yet.

Bad....placed an order 40 mins prior online. came inside to wait for 30 mins when i told them my order and told me to wait since it wasn't ready....it was ready in the side getting cold and soft...unbelievable

This was honestly the worst Dave's hot chicken Ive been to, Chicken bites, no flavor, plain chicken, plain breading, absolutely no seasoning, Tender, no flavor, plain chicken, plain breading, Slider, no flavor, plain chicken, plain breading. Give the flour some love. Not sure wth that was... I paid for ranch, didn't get it. I paid for cheese, all I got was a squiggle of cheese on the slider. Customers service was 10/10 The food 0/10. Take your own salt and pepper to this place. You're going to need it.
