came here with friends to get a slider -- great sliders and service orders were quick to come out and workers were very friendly and helpful!

Well where should i start. First of all they mostly focused on online pick ups such as doordash etc. i waited for 25 minutes for my food to arrive. Music is loud and cashier whispering order number that u def gonna miss it if u dont pay attention. Anyway food came cold expect for fries they were warm n they be skimping on the meat. I enjoy the meals at Dave's Hot Chicken but it's so difficult to keep coming to these places that are always under staffed and only want customers to place orders on their digital kiosk or through their phones. Employee are aimlessly walking around and not paying attention to customer needs. Meanwhile the lines are through the door, the store is excessively dirty and the employees are simply disconnected with customers. I wish these chains would just don't better.

Horrible customer service. Cashier and the person who was giving the food out were both rude. Waited an hour for two sliders.

Placed an order though the app on a Friday night My order wasn't ready or even started at the time expected. I waited about 10 minutes and asked the cashier. She was rude, pointed out how busy they were and said to wait. However she did offer me a drink while I wait. We waited 30 additional minutes for my order. The chicken was dry and overcooked, had no flavor. The hot box wasn't labeled and the mild/ medium tasted the same- with no flavor. I typically don't leave many reviews but I deem this one necessary. I came in last night for some late night food with someone and we ate the slider combo and as I was eating it I noticed my chicken wasn't thoroughly cooked. It almost seemed raw passing the middle of the tender. I am now having to deal with a mild fever, throw up and night sweats. Service was fine and the tables were honestly disgusting. Couldn't even eat inside. Super sticky.
