Yikes over an hour wait for food at what seems like any hour? Store is perpetually understaffed, another strike for San Bernardino

Came for the mozzarella sticks. We ordered online then we came in, waiting two hours, for them to tell us they don't have any. We check our app and the mozzarella sticks have been completely wiped from our already placed order. still charged us for it though. i understand it was busy, but two hours after pickup time is ridiculous.

The wait at this place is ridiculous waited over 2 hours. I don't see what the point of ordering online if I arrive at the time it says to and my food is still not ready yet.

Bad....placed an order 40 mins prior online. came inside to wait for 30 mins when i told them my order and told me to wait since it wasn't ready....it was ready in the side getting cold and soft...unbelievable

This was honestly the worst Dave's hot chicken Ive been to, Chicken bites, no flavor, plain chicken, plain breading, absolutely no seasoning, Tender, no flavor, plain chicken, plain breading, Slider, no flavor, plain chicken, plain breading. Give the flour some love. Not sure wth that was... I paid for ranch, didn't get it. I paid for cheese, all I got was a squiggle of cheese on the slider. Customers service was 10/10 The food 0/10. Take your own salt and pepper to this place. You're going to need it.

Waited over 20 minutes for my food only got Dave's bites and fries my fries had no seasoning when requested seasoning I was told they couldn't give out the seasoning which wasn't a problem but they couldn't have at least put the seasoning on the fries. In addition my fries look over well done, like if they left them there for too long or just refried them so disappointing. I even requested poultry kit and extra napkins I got none. Hello I came and got food from here and the manager Anna was not being professional at all she seemed like she had an attitude and didn't smile at all ..... It seems like she makes it a hostile environment to work in

Sooo I went in today as usual to get my lunch and there was a very very rude lady named ana I believe she was yelling at customers and at her staff... She was making it a very hostile environment I don't think I'll be dining here as long as that lady is here even when she called numbers she was rude to customers as well idk what her problem is but I love this place but her being her may have this place empty in no time. My advice... I'd fire her before your crew leaves or worse gets sued Ana something she wasn't a normal cre... read more

I had the worst experience at Dave's last night at this specific location. I ordered food at 10:02 pm and didn't receive my food until 11:30pm. I had only ordered 2 things while people who ordered after me received their orders with a lot more food than I did. After an hour of waiting for my order, I checked with the person in front and he told me the people in the back had to remake the order.
