TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Thomas demonstrated great customer service. He made sure that I had all the utensils and napkins that I needed as well as condiments. Food was great and fresh as well.
First time here. The chicken itself is very juicy. There is also just the right amount of breading - not too much, not too little. The pickles and dressing are a great touch. The fries are also very, very good. The only part that baffles me is the 2 pieces of bread. It seemed like an afterthought at best. Also, plain, untoasted white bread. At least give us the option to toast it. Nevertheless, I would recommend this place for a nice "fried chicken meal."

Sliders had flavor but my favorite was that they gave extra pickles!! Other chicken places maybe will give you a pickle on your sandwich...I will definitely be back to try the tenders and different flavors.

Yummy chicken! Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. The Mac and cheese is creamy and cheesy. Tried the mild pieces and it had just the right kind of heat for me. If you haven't tried it, you are missing out. TY Dave's hot chicken! Liza

The fried cauliflower is amazing!!!! It's their new "not chicken" sandwich and I hope it will stay. it's so juicy and crispy. yum! tastes the same really. love the spice too. I appreciate the friendly service too.
