TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

While I have been to many Dave's this one stood above the rest. Which an amazing amount of Oreo in my shake and my charming beautiful dare I say sexy service worker, Thomas. I had an amazing time this evening.

Went here on Friday afternoon, this was my first time and ordered a number 1 and number 3 both mild mild and was not disappointed. The staff was super nice and friendly and very attentive, the restaurant was clean and I was in and out if there less than 10 minutes. The only constructive criticism I have and this is just my personal opinion was the sauce it's a little too sweet but again that's just me. Glad to have them in our area.

Outstanding food. The sauce can be a bit heavy after a while but certainly worth a cheat meal!

Very decent tasty chicken but I wouldn't say amazing. It's good (although pricey IMO) for what it is. I tried #3 combo, medium heat- which is 1 tender, 1 slider and fries. The chicken, expectedly is the star. Very tasty. Medium isn't spicy. Next time I'll go for a hotter option. The slider was especially yummy with the slaw and pickles. If you are a purist and not a fan of kale in your slaw, don't worry. The amount of kale in the slaw is laughable and it it wasn't advertised as "kale slaw" I would have assumed those dark gre... read more

Dave's is a favorite for my son. The chicken tenders and the sauce are so good and I love their crinkle fries. The service is also great - friendly staff that greet you and get you what you need! BTW - son prefers this over Kane sauce and tenders.
