TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Very satisfied with my lunch! The way they prepare the chicken is unlike anything I've experienced. Fries were also very good. The hot sauce they give you is not that hot, so if you need fire-level spice you may want to specify that. The medium level spice I would describe as "low medium." I'll be back!
My favorite place to eat right now. Ordered online to save the wait and line. Got the single slider, spice level hot with fries. Also comes with sauce and pickles. So delicious! The bread is so soft, chicken was flavorful, juicy and not too breaded like other chicken sandwiches. Just wish there was one closer to where I live in NP.
