Took more than 30 minutes for two chicken tenders when the app said 10 minutes earlier food is sitting on kitchen counter with nobody moving it Crew is extremely rude, non helpful, non welcoming, and when you talk to them they barley answer and look away Bad service

Food took 30+ minutes to arrive. It was cold even though i ordered in person. Chicken tasted off and was over seasoned.

Sucks! No manager no leader nothing. Our order has been late 40min. Last time we will get from this place!!! If I can give you a negative I will. Maybe good food but sucks customer service!!!

Don't eat here they forgot my chicken on my loaded fries, how do you forget chicken at a chicken place.

The food was not bad , but I did wait 1 hour just to get 2 orders of the #2 combo my online order said it would be done at 7:03 it ended up being done at 7:40 or so and I was there at 6:40 ... honestly this makes me want to go to canes instead. Hopefully the online ordering timing will be better next time because it doesn't look like the follow the times.

Decent food but as usual, very slow with bad service. This time i got a bit of extra attitude. I ordered from the kiosk and didnt get a receipt. We told them we didnt get one and then the interrogation proceeded, lol. Yes, me and my son are trying to steal food. I offered to show them my credit card and this staff walking by said i was rude. Online ordering worked just fine but pick up was disorganized and slow. Family said the food was good but not for those watching their sodium intake.
Got out of the gym and just trying to get a light snack before bed but had to wait was over 40 mins long. It was semi-busy but it wasn't that busy to were everyone had to wait 40+ mins. The food was good though but only come if you have the time!!

Ordered chicken and cancel it because Mia her been waiting for 30 minutes . I never received the Money back and on top of that they used my card the next day for the same order . Complained and nothing happens . They said they have no control etc . Be careful . Report to my bank as fraudulent charges . Kids running the place so be careful with your credit card. Hate to give bad review but seen lots of people all the time . Not a responsible restaurant / owner .
