Decided to get some Dave's and ordered the 2 sliders with fries, but tell me why... THERE WAS A WHOLE CHICKEN PIECE MISSING FROM ONE OF MY SLIDERS! At first, I thought Oh maybe it's under the fries, but no it's gone. I paid for 2 sliders not 1 slider and a chicken slider without the chicken. Like, bruh. C'mon now

I'd heard a lot of good things about Dave's Hot Chicken, so I was excited to finally give it a try. I ordered the #3, which comes with a chicken sandwich and tenders. The food itself was great. It was fresh, flavorful, and definitely lived up to the hype. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. I came in with my son thinking we'd be in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes. Waited almost an hour for my DoorDash pickup while people were walking out the door with their order within 20 minutes. They just had peoples orders sitting on the queue for 40+ minutes while they focused on packing ones waiting 18-19.

Why is there like 3 people working the Friday dinner rush!????! Placed my order online and it said it would take 30 mins. But had to wait another 11 mins. Watched people in the restaurant get antsy waiting for their order. Meanwhile the poor girl on the register was running around doing 62837 things. Do better, Daves!! Have more people working so you don't have customers waiting 40+ mins for their food or your employees running around doing the job of 5 people.

Took more than 30 minutes for two chicken tenders when the app said 10 minutes earlier food is sitting on kitchen counter with nobody moving it Crew is extremely rude, non helpful, non welcoming, and when you talk to them they barley answer and look away Bad service

Food took 30+ minutes to arrive. It was cold even though i ordered in person. Chicken tasted off and was over seasoned.
