I've heard and seen reviews on this place. I'm here on a business trip from Houston so I had the opportunity to stop in and try it. This place is ridiculous!!! Twas so freakin de-lic-ious, I talked my workers into going here also the ne t morning when we met up to go to work they raved about how good it was. If I weren't here for such a short amount of time I'd go back. It's definitely worth stopping in.

I enjoyed my meal at Dave's. It's a lot of what I like. Simple Menu. Fast. Good. Do a few things. Do them well. Feed people fast. Love it. I had the 2 Slider Meal with fries. To be honest this would make a reasonable meal for 2. The Sliders are really just pretty normal size sandwiches. The fries were just big enough to share. It would be 5 Stars if the pickles were "pickled" a bit more. I don't like my Pickles tasting like cucumber. Some folks love this style...just not for me. I visited here last Thursday for the first time. I had the 2 piece tenders meal (mild) and added mac n cheese. The tenders were hot n fresh and the spice level was perfect, not too spicy but right on the cusp. Fries were good. Mac n cheese has several areas for improvement. It was runny and the noodles were overcooked. My toddler had their French fries and mac n cheese and barely ate any of it. I love this place and I only have one issue. Why are they asking for a tip when you pay just to find that every table is dirty? I worked in the service industry for 10 long years and worked my a$$ of for 20%.

We've ordered takeout from here many times, and EVERYtime the food is delicious and fresh! Our favorite hot chicken restaurant in dfw!
