Dave's Hot Chicken... another chain that does chicken sandwiches! I love me a good chicken sandwich, especially spicy, so you know I had to give Dave's Hot Chicken a try. I've gotten their sandwich before, however, I first tried it from the Braintree location via Ubereats takeout. Didn't find it to be that good or spicy. DAVE'S RAW CHICKEN....Every time I order from this place the chicken is raw, undercooked, translucent inside. Dave, just because it is hot does not mean it is cooked all the way through.

Let's just say I won't be going back to Dave's hot chicken or any of their establishments. Me and my family went on 7/15/2023 the staff was all over the place, it was like 15 teenagers couldn't have been no older than 18 cooking chicken. My chicken had no flavor and slightly hard with 2 hard pieces of bread the fries we're to oily a d the milk shake was terrible just vanilla ice cream with crushed oreos on top some pieces we're big some small. Me and my family visited this establishment yesterday. It was a complete let down the presentation was so sloppy I ordered two sliders for $13.99 also I ordered a M&M milkshake vanilla large it was $6.99 all they did was throw little m&m's on it ooo and it was melting as soon as we got it. The condiments was being guarded by a employee and she was not friendly at all. The vibe in there wasn't welcoming at all sorry but I wouldn't recommend this new restaurant that just opened on 7-14-23.

Daves' hot chicken is an Instagram scam. Just like anything you buy on Instagram, there is NO WAY to contact the business by phone, and all you can do is leave a review within their annoying survey. The thing is this......I had a violent allergic reaction to the Chicken and my body was throwing up trying to get rid of this food as it was completely undigestible. I placed an order for a combo, and then requested a cup for water. The cashier said they couldn't give me one and offered to sell me bottled water instead. I cancelled my order and left. I look forward to trying the food here, but not until I can get a glass of water to go with it. EDIT: the generic response from customer service makes it worse. Better to have no response than a clueless one like that.

The sandwiches were PAINFULLY SALTY! SO DISAPPOINTING! So much so that I was convinced salt was on clearance. The sauce helped, but it was still very salty. I tried to add pickles to make it less salty, but it was pickled in a salty brine! We got an extra sandwich bc we always have that 1 extra hungry person, but nobody dared to eat the last one..

Tried this place once and will never be back. I had asked a question to the the person behind the counter about something in the spice because I have allergies. She stood there while talking to the people in the kitchen and could care less about answering me. She is by far the rudest person I have ever come in contact with. Along with that this place was filthy, sticky tables, trash all over the floor, the area where you would fill a cup for a fountain drink had spilled soda all over the counter.
