I love that the menu here is really simple! You basically choose from three options - sliders, tenders, or a combo. I ordered a combo - extra hot slider and reaper tender because I was skeptical about whether the reaper would actually be too spicy to handle. I'd definitely order from here again. I ordered through Grubhub and unfortunately the food arrived cold even though the restaurant isn't far but I think Grubhub took awhile to assign a driver so not the restaurant's fault! I ordered the 2 slider combo in hot. Despite having to reheat, it was tasty and had a nice kick to it. I'll try extra hot next time because I love spicy food. No words. Just pure amazement. The delicious and juicy chicken sandwiches can satisfy any food craving. Beware of the reaper! It's not for everyone, but it is delicious. Just need a tough stomach! Would highly recommend and will always be back.

Delicious!! Stopped here on a whim for lunch. It was so good! The place was immaculate and the service was fantastic! Please bring to Acton!!! Within 10 minutes of arriving they got slammed but the staff were on top of it! Will have to try the shakes!

Chicken is a 10/10. It's super crispy and the flavor is on point. However the Mac and cheese was a disappointment. The business photos make it look good but what I got was basically soupy cheese sauce with a few noodles. If the texture was better it could be good because I like that they add spice to the cheese sauce.

So delicious! We have gone three times since it opened, making the trek from the south end but its worth the ride. Everything is fresh, staff was very friendly and the line moved quickly. My daughter announce that the french fries were the best she's ever had and my husband got the #3 with a side of mac and cheese. Portions were so generous we had it for lunch and dinner the next day. Worth a try! We got two #3s, one medium and one mild. I didn't really think medium was spicy at all so I might level up next time. The chicken is on the darker crispy side which isn't my preference but it was still tender. If you want the best value, I highly recommend getting #2 instead with the two sliders. I think their sauce has a bit too much mayo and needs some acidity to balance. Their fries however were phenomenal and seasoned well. Also bonus points for their tasty pickles! Daves hot chicken in Newton is well run and the food is amazing. I would tell any of my friends to go there because it is one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had.

Hands down the best chicken sandwich I have had. Trumps Chick Fil A any day of the week. The slaw and pickle combination is a game changer! I love that you can chose how spicy it is too. I will never be going anywhere else for a chicken sandwich now that I've had Daves!
