The sliders were bigger than I thought, the #4 was definitely enough for me for a meal. I got the hot level but it wasn't that spicy. Also the dry rub didn't really have much of a flavor, just spice. But the sandwich was delicious and balanced in texture and flavor. For a fast food joint, I definitely liked it! This location wasn't too busy and waited about 8 mins for my order. I was expecting a lot more from this place, the flavors didn't have no kick, and were very similar in spice level to level of heat. Also the environment is somewhere I don't want to eat at.

As I'm signing the waiver I couldn't help but think WTF am I about to do to my stomach and why was I so daring on this particular day I sat down and you can smell the heat radiating through the bag I opened my box and took my first bite and to my surprise the heat was bearable full of flavor and this was without the Dave sauce which I added next with some honey which took my tenders to a whole other level of inner fatness the fries were crisp and hot but I was too busy focused on my tenders and my new GameDay go to

I was so determined to see what the hype was about and it was worth it. I can say I would choose Dave's Chicken over Chick fil a because of the flavors the chicken has along with the sauce that is the only thing I needed and the seasoned fries with pickles on the side and a side of bread will be giving I say a cookout meal and enjoyed everything even that Dave's sauce is giving ranch with French dressing vibes. Wow! What a discovery! A friend of mine wanted to eat next door at Lenwich but this place caught my attention. And oh boy am I glad I got this instead! Excellent decision on my part. Coming in to Dave's Hot Chicken with all the hype and people telling me how amazing it was. My expectations were sky high. To be honest it was a let down. The chicken was overpowering with too much damn cumin. The fries actually were really great a nice crunch and was perfectly salted. The pickles were standard. The sauce made it, it almost tastes like a better chick-fil-a sauce. The service, staff is very friendly will help you with anything and the ambiance was cool, small shop but great vibes

The customer service was impeccable. The presentation of the food was excellent as you can tell it was done with precision and care. The chicken was tender, the special sauce was a great addition, and the seasoned fries were everything! They had a great playlist going as I dined in, and the restaurant was very clean. I will be back soon.
