We've been coming to Dave's Hot Chicken for some time now and used to really loved their food before. But this last visit the chicken was looking really weird, very unappetizing and I threw it away. There were black spots on all of the chicken bites that we ordered. I did not feel comfortable eating it and the other items we ordered did not taste as good. :(
Dont even bother going there. Their staff is lazy and they like to hold lines. They have no sense of urgency. I had a mobile order and it said it was ready but i was not able to get it till ONE HOUR ig waiting in the drive thru. Are u kidding me???

Not very satisfied with my experience at Dave's hot chicken. No line was there, employees hanging outside, waiting for 20 minutes and left because we were tired of waiting. After they took our order no one even came to the window to charge us. Worst service ever

I learned about Dave's when I tried their Lakewood location. It was great! Really surprised how much I enjoyed the sandwiches. Figured this location would be just as good so I was excited the first time I visited. Very disappointing visit. Their chicken was almost 20% smaller than the chicken I got at Lakewood. So I said I won't visit this place anymore and stick to Lakewood. Come today, my daughter said she was hungry. Said she'd love some Chik fil a. Drive-through is horrible service I came to buy something to eat and I wasn't the drive-through for 30 minutes. The guy was so rude in the speaker.

The timing was wrong on the door and the website. Store was still closed an hour after opening.

My order took 30 minutes after placing it online ahead of time. No sense of urgency and the place was not even packed. Super dissatisfied

I was given a voucher for a free slider or tender that I got at one of their booths during a local event. The voucher said that I could redeem it at any location. The manager at this store wouldn't honor my voucher because it "didn't have a signature from the owner". She was rude about it and kept telling me she couldn't do anything about it. Like it's not that serious. Anyway don't go to this location the service sucks.
