Literally no line when I ordered. Saw the tables full of customers with no food on their table. How long did I wait for our food at this place? 40 long minutes. People working there did not let us know how long it would take nor did they apologize for the long wait. Everyone going up to the counter wondering where their food is. Inexcusable. Stars only given because the food is still okay.

This is the most disgusting food ever about $15 for this?? Cheap ass cheap sandwich bread too The chicken literally looks like a bruised pussy on its period ! Disgusting overpriced shit ever !!! Raw fucking chicken from the inside I better get my fucking refund

Our chicken wasn't hot, it wasn't even warm. Our coke was flat and seemed to be out of the syrup. The bread was soggy white bread. But tbh the chicken was still crispy despite it being cold. anyways probably won't be coming back since nothing was great.

They added a weird divider line for the drive thru lines and now it makes it so much harder for online orders because you have to drive all the way forward and then reverse to the window. Literally makes no sense to have that divider there.

Visited 8/8/25 during my lunch break, and waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru. I had seen a family walk inside so didn't think much, but time ticked by and no one took my order. Finally had enough and drove down the drive thru lane, and sure enough I didn't see anyone inside near the window. I was also only customer in line, during this ordeal. absolutely the worst place you can go customer service and by the manger Jose is repulsive, ordered food waited and waited for my number and i actually went back and ask politely to the cashier is that my order cause mine is taking so long i was told "no your this number showed me on my receipt " first and last time i will go spend money at Dave's thanks to Jose the manager rude behavior, i went back again because it was really taking so long unusually long and i noticed other people's orders are being given so i approached... read more

I've been to many DHC before, and this one might be my least favorite. They didn't ask for a name, express their name, or use their usual script at the window. We ordered two large loaded fries, little to no cheese... very disappointed as it was my mom's first time trying it. With the poor at hand which is unfortunate since it is so close to me, i will have to unfortunately drive further for better service as experienced before.
