ordered a dave's not chicken sandwich and they said okay it's gonna be a longer wait since it's cauliflower which was no issue ! until i got home and bit into a chicken sandwich... haven't had meat in years and instantly felt sickened. such a shame i literally love the cauliflower sandwich so much now im so sad bruh. i know the car behind us mad as hell that they got a cauliflower sandwich instead of a chicken sandwich. would like to add that my box had a sticker on it that said sub cauliflower so i thought it was safe ! twa... read more

Ordered online twice and they managed to mess up my order. Asked for 10 piece Dave bites no bread no pickles no sauce and got top loaded fries instead. The other time I ordered 10 pc Dave bites and sliders and they completely forgot my Dave bites.

They asked me what I wanted and then nothing happened after that. As if when they asked me they all left. Perfect since someone took my order and when I was ready to pay I waited 15 minutes but ofc no one was there LOL

I tried to order my food and it was 12:00am they refuse to take my order. I went to the window and the lady just ignore me.. it clearly says it's open until 2 AM even three cars in the drive-through had to leave so I know damn well I wasn't the only one that new they closed at 2:00am this was on 4/1/2026... Dave you need better employees.. this is clearly unacceptable and if you need any help with that let me know I'll apply and do way better then your lazy ass workers!

1 star Came here with a group of friends and our order was completely wrong , we got something entirely different from what we ordered. When I went back to the counter to flag it, the cashier was dismissive and unapologetic. No acknowledgment, no sorry, just attitude. The store itself was also a mess, trash cans were overflowing and no one seemed to be on top of it. Multiple times we needed help and there was no one at the register. The food mix-up happens. Waited in the driveway for 20 minutes. No one was on the other side of the machine. 3 cars were waiting behind us and all drove off. We decided to leave and looked thru the pickup window. 2 girls standing there doing nothing but watching cars pass by. Management please do better.... I was craving Dave's so bad too.

I was very disappointed with my visit this evening. I decided to try the new mozzarella sticks after seeing them promoted on social media, and since it was my first time visiting this location, I placed an online order at 10:40 PM. We were really excited to try Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time tonight, but unfortunately our experience didn't go as planned. We had just lost an hour of daylight for Daylight Saving Time, my son had finished playing a double header, and we were all starving.
