absolutely the worst place you can go customer service and by the manger Jose is repulsive, ordered food waited and waited for my number and i actually went back and ask politely to the cashier is that my order cause mine is taking so long i was told "no your this number showed me on my receipt " first and last time i will go spend money at Dave's thanks to Jose the manager rude behavior, i went back again because it was really taking so long unusually long and i noticed other people's orders are being given so i approached... read more

I've been to many DHC before, and this one might be my least favorite. They didn't ask for a name, express their name, or use their usual script at the window. We ordered two large loaded fries, little to no cheese... very disappointed as it was my mom's first time trying it. With the poor at hand which is unfortunate since it is so close to me, i will have to unfortunately drive further for better service as experienced before.

First: I placed my order for the slider and fries combo to be picked up at a certain time. I'm pretty sure they prepped my order when they received it, and it was cold by my pick up time. Second: the photos will show how they really skimped on the coleslaw, and how the bun looked like it was breaking apart.

Absolutely awful. I came here and went specifically through the drive through for a quick stop. You're telling me it takes you 30 minutes to get an order out? Through the drive through? Insane. Might i add the food was not even fresh. If you're going to take that long, might as well let the food be fresh!

This chicken is so nasty not even spicy sweet weird texture never again getting this way too expensive the most disgusting thing I ever tasted don't fall for the five star reviews this restaurant should close down because it's so disgusting made me want to throw up don't buy it. The food is really bad chicken is sweet when it supposed to be spicy not worth it and expensive don't waste your money on it very nasty

I have to contest your removal of my comment. This is a non biased review of my first hand experience with Daves HotChicken. I have always been a proud supporter of those who practice Islam and have quite a few friends who are Muslim. over 30 minutes to get my food with no one in the store, they forgot my order and had the nerve to ask me if i still wanted my food. no manager on duty, worst daves i have ever been too. staff need to be retrained in customer service, i wouldve been okay if they just apoligized but to give me attitude for messing up is unacceptable. avoid if you can. truly disappointed in this location. never been to a daves hot chicken so bad in my life

How fn ridiculous & pricey!! I ordered a small lucky charms milkshake & this is what they gave me. A cup of small vanilla ice cream with lucky charms topping. It's like buying a peanut butter milkshake & they handed you a cup with vanilla ice cream with a tablespoon of peanut butter on top makes no sense! Someone please explain what a milkshake is to them!
