This review is for yesterdays customer service 03/13/25, 12:30p This location does not know how to redeem "in-store" discount code...... Workers were saying they were only trained to scan QR code and had no idea what to do with the code I was provided when selecting in store code option Still haven't received a solution... attaching messages for reference

Food is great and Dave's never messes that up. But . Who ever was working this day (2/18/2025 8:30pm) I had ordered two 2 slider combos, with small loaded fries sauces. I was missing two of the combos and I had to call Uber to explain and I received only part of my refund. I was starting to think it was the driver but the driver did everything they could to help. But I realized it was the workers because I tried to order again 3 times and I kept getting my order canceled!!! This definitely is bad for business and I recommend... read more

Every Dave's location I've been to you can walk in and order/eat. This location is open until 2 AM on Friday & Saturday and their doors are locked. It's 12:24, pretty ridiculous. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

I don't usually waste my time writing a review, but this is warranted. I live 5 minutes away and mobile ordered a number 3 meal. When I get there i go through the online order pickup drive thru line and they tell me to go to the 2nd window. The way the drive through is set up, no one will let you merge into the regular drive through line. So I drive up to the second window area in the escape lane. I ask the asian girl working the drive thru window on 11-1-2024 10pm if i can just grab my order and go since its paid for. She a... read more

Food is good but it's terrible that you can never reach anyone at the restaurant. How can you modify and order after you place it. Terrible
