I don't usually waste my time writing a review, but this is warranted. I live 5 minutes away and mobile ordered a number 3 meal. When I get there i go through the online order pickup drive thru line and they tell me to go to the 2nd window. The way the drive through is set up, no one will let you merge into the regular drive through line. So I drive up to the second window area in the escape lane. I ask the asian girl working the drive thru window on 11-1-2024 10pm if i can just grab my order and go since its paid for. She a... read more

Food is good but it's terrible that you can never reach anyone at the restaurant. How can you modify and order after you place it. Terrible

It's unfortunate to know that even though its a fast food place they can't do the most simplest things such as their jobs. Administration and managers don't seem to give a shit about customers and online orders. A lot of money goes in the tax portion of your online orders and then you won't get them or get it hours and hours late. I have a party at 8:30pm and I ordered for the party 3 hot box- sliders and they didn't even know my order came in at 6:49pm. I found a piece of bone in my chicken sandwich !! I cannot believe this. The management team there is so horrible. They did nothing to help my issue. I also hear how horrible they treat their staff. Absolutely unacceptable. Please look more into this !
