TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Great flavor, amazing crunch, delicious sauce. I love Hot boys and this actually surpasses it because you can add cheese which is a GREAT move. You must try!
My husband and I came here to get a quick dinner. We ordered #3 (tender + slider) and added a single slider. Since we have different spice level preferences, we asked the staff taking our order whether we can specify different spice levels for each piece and she confirmed that we could. This place is pretty good! But let me tell you, it is hot! Nice addition to San Leandro! I will Be back.
It's different, that's for sure! The chicken has a very heavy rub, almost overwhelming but tasty and hot. A lot of people love it . I liked it, we all liked it but there are a lot of other chicken options that I prefer. The pickles were a nice touch and the bread was good. Lots of side options but you don't get a drink with your combo? Personally, I like my drink included, please. My 2 piece combo at 12.49 would have been great if you include the drink. Add 3 extra dollars for cup, some cubes, and some ounces of beverage.
Food is always good, but driver never marks order delivered! Now my chicken is cold and the milkshake is melted.

been waiting for our dinner for about an hour when 2 minuets before it supposed to be delivered we get a message that it is undeliverable due to high demand so we called daves claims it was picked up and its not there problem but Instacart says they didn't have a driver to pick it up so F all of you Dave's and Instacart
When I had just worked a 10 hour shift plus OT I came over here to get some food but went to use the bathroom first and almost immediately a tall hunchback figure worker comes w this small male worker and keeps knocking and banging ,I could barely even start pulling my pants down as they were both hanging on the door I open it being told I can't come here anymore because of last time when this is my first time ?? Update 1-27-2025 10pm. Same issue. I'm paying $5 for cole slaw and they can't even fill the cup. When I asks the staff for help, they look at me like I'm crazy.
