The workers were being really rude and when I told them to keep the change they said I was being rude and told me to say please like I'm giving you money and that's rude? The chicken they served us was also chewy as if they didn't cook it long enough

food was so pricey , for it to not be good! The new mozzarella sticks are extremely greasy ! It was 70$ for an order of mozzarella sticks, bites, and 3 small shakes! Also the customer service was so weird !

Love the food but the customer service needs an upgrade!!! All the time the youn adults look tired and annoyed at what you're asking or wanting. This location has forgotten several of my items and overall needs a quick upgrade

I wanted to try Dave's hot chicken. There's one in San Leandro on East 14th street. It said on the website yesterday they would be open at 10:30 AM this morning, Saturday. So I got there about 11AM. There was a woman in there she looked at me and she walked toward the back and then I went again to their website and it said they're open so they were not open, even after 11 AM. They stay forgetting my coleslaw every darn time man and I pay for it even get one extra one to make sure I'm not going crazy but it's always the same thing on DoorDash and when I went in person

This spot fell off at first you could get a chicken sandwich and taste all chicken in every bite this is the 2nd time I've came and i could taste the breading in every bite not the chicken smh they always say once a place becomes established then you see the real product.

Way too salty..could easily 1/2 the salt on both the fries and the chicken. Couldn't eat it. I got the one slider combo and I tossed it.
