All things considered, this was definitely a 5 star sandwich for me. The place was surprisingly busy at 3pm on a Saturday, especially for Albany. I did like that the decor had some Albany-themed decor too. My friend and I were brought here because of their app download promotion. Within a certain timeframe, if you downloaded it they would give you a free slider when you order ahead. I really enjoyed the chicken. I ordered an extra hot and a reaper slider. I realize everyone has a different spice threshold but I didn't think the reaper slider was worthy of having to sign a waiver. I'll definitely be returning though.

Very tender chicken and a good size piece for the slider. I only needed one for lunch. The slider is also served with slaw and pickle. I ordered the double sliders to share that comes with crinkly fries. For $14, this is a great deal. In my opinion, there was too much cumin. It was a bit overpowering. I did order the the mild. I can't do spicy anymore, so I can't speak for the rest of the spice levels. The staff was very nice and the order came out fast. The decor of the space is really modern and spacious. Best chicken sandwich/tenders (whole breast meat) customized to your heat level, you'll find. Service a bit slow, but you can order ahead. Must try the dipping sauce. Chicken with or without a roll are your choices, except for a few sides.

Note that reviews with a similar number of stars receive similar, sometimes almost identical, feedback from her.
