TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Went and placed a large order and I ended up messing up on it. They worked with me to fix the order with making a big fuss and made sure that everything was the way it was supposed to be. I really appreciate their kindness and patience. The chicken was good compared to other Dave's this tasted more fresh and was still hot when I ate it.
The food was so good and had quick service. The workers were super nice and helped me with my order. Over all it was a very good experience.

To get straight to the point, Dave's is alright. Nothing great, but nothing awful. I love Nashville Hot Chicken with a passion, and this spot just did not hit the way I hoped. Especially with how popular of a chain this spot is, I was just disappointed! I got their sliders with Mac and cheese and fries to go. The order was made pretty quick which was a plus! Great tasty sandwiches and lots of fries. What's not to like?!?!? Two sandwiches for less than $20 bucks. So much better than the competition.
