TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Loved it here! Me and my girlfriends are out of town and one of the workers "Angie" was such a sweetheart! We were having a bad day yesterday and she definitely made it better with her personally and great customer service. It's not everyday you see people like that! Thank you so much for the food it was very delicious compared to other locations!! We will definitely come back!!
I had Dave's for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised, it wasn't over expensive and the food was good. The chicken was nice and crispy with just the right amount of sauce, and the fries had good seasoning. My wife and kids live the cauliflower "not chicken" options. I am excited for my next trip.
I have been curious about Dave's for awhile. I love Memphis style hot chicken or any hot chicken style sandwich. I ordered it with a spice level of hot. I was told that was pretty hot and the two above that were intense Since I hadn't tried theirs before I went with hot. The spice level I found to be okay but I would order a one of the hotter options in the future. Overall I found the slider to bo good. First time visiting we were delighted! Easy, casual, and the food was great. I’m not normally a French fries fan, but honestly these were fantastic. Not too salty! Thank you! Just great flavor and not greasy. The chicken slider was just the ticket. I love that you can select whether you want spice, how much spice, or none at all. Love the simple menu.
