We felt a little better when the owner responded but we left a review on the suggested website and we still have no response. They are in no way trying to remedy this issue.

We tried opening the door 20 minutes after they opened for lunch and it was locked. All the employees looked at us through the glass and went back to talking. Can't get a score higher than a 1 when you refuse to open.

We love Dave's Hot Chicken so much but will be sticking with the Lakewood location from here on out. The employees at Warrensville (especially the one woman who may or may not have been a manager) was acting out emotionally, telling other employees to shut up, making a scene when someone asked for napkins and then announced loudly that the whole restaurant was out of napkins. She dropped a stack of cups on the floor and then proceeded to put them up for customer use. They all touched the floor! Another employee threatened to... read more

The young lady that claims to be the owner Tisha or something like that was extremely rude and need to go to Customer Service training. They forgot my order and ptold me things like this will happen.
