One of the worst ran food establishments I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to indulge at. Have fun waiting an hour for some s****y chicken.

WOW what a shame!! Have been to many dave's hot chicken locations and have NEVER had an experience like this. Workers were very disrespectful, not caring and both wearing headphones. Went in around 6:45 only to be told take out only? Mind you they're open until 11. Make their own rules around here. They were serving customers with their dirty mop/chemical gloves on. Left their chemicals on the counter and deep scrubbing with full restaurant full of people. Choose a different location, this one's full of fake good reviews, al... read more

My son and friend waited for 15 minutes and no one took their order. There is no excuse for that.

The food is mediocre for the high price. The customer service takes it down a few more notches. And for the dining area, it looked like it had not been cleaned all day. We watched the cashier mumble a ticket number then slam the food on the counter, wondering what that customer did wrong. When our number was called we checked the box before leaving to see that they had forgotten the extra pickles. After yelling "excuse me" a few times over the four people in the kitchen, the gentleman looked up from preparing his black and m... read more

We received cold sandwiches, so I politely asked them if they could remake them and I could tell they were mad. We were supposed to have medium and hot spice, but tgey put reaper on for bringing them back. We could not eat them.
