Terrible service. Women at the counter and cooks are talking to each other instead of doing their jobs. They are telling everyone that the point of sale systems are down but they can take mobile orders. We placed our mobile order 30 minutes ago and it's still not out. Very irritating waiting for our food while the cooks talk to the women working at the counter. The women working is also being very disrespectful to customers. Won't be coming here again.

Love Dave's Hot Chicken (the food) but I showed up at 9:35 pm and was told they were taking no more orders. Well it says you close at 10:00pm, maybe say you close at 9:30 pm instead. Extremely poor service. They did not acknowledge me. Every employee ignored me, until another customer said they were not taking orders. After standing there for a few mins finally a female employee said " we're not taking anymore orders." I get it if I am came in at 9:50, but damn 9:35 pm. WOW. Food was good. I didn't think it was really good. I loved the hand painted interior and the music. However, it took a good deal of time to receive my food, much longer than I expected considering there wasn't a line when I arrived and it seemed like a fast food setup. I didn't time it but would guess 15 minutes maybe more. While waiting with about three or four others who were there before me, I noticed that three women in the kitchen were grouped next to the window looking down at their phones.
