I really love the chicken, so I'd give that a five. But the place is filthy. We walked in and three employees were playing with their phones while the floor, tables, etc., were in bad need of cleaning. The trash in the bathroom was full and there were no paper towels. Yet we saw an employee use the bathroom then go right back to work, leaving me wondering how he washed his hands with no paper towels available. I'll come again, but you better start cleaning the place. Had it been clean, you'd have five stars.

Wow. This place does not disappoint. I ordered the extra hot and the reaper ckickies. The extra hot is not that hot. The reaper, well that was pretty efn spicy but multitudes of the extra hot. Like I was pounding some water. It's doable.

had an extremely disappointing experience at Dave's Hot Chicken that I feel needs to be shared. From the moment I walked in, things were clearly not running as they should. First, the wait time for our order was absolutely incredulous. What should have been a quick meal turned into an unnecessarily long and frustrating wait, with little to no communication from the staff about what was causing the delay. Pros- Food is good. Sufficient portions. Cons- Long wait with few customers. The red chairs are narrow and uncomfortable. Sauces taste great but are excessively fatty, would be nice if they had a leaner option. #3 was 2,000 calories with all the sauce provided.

The girl at the front did a great job, but I blame management for being grossly understaffed. You need two more workers 1 at the counter and 1 in the back cooking. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Stopped in here just use the bathroom but decided to buy 10 nuggets to go. Waited half an hour during which time not a single thing came out of the kitchen for anyone. A restaurant full of people standing around waiting, and they start telling customers that are coming in that they won't even take orders for 10 or 15 minutes. Kitchen staff said it takes a long time to make the chicken because they're making everything fresh. But when I finally got my nuggets, they were room temperature. This was a bad eating experience on many levels. When my brother and I walked in there were no other customers. We ordered and waited about fifteen minutes for our food. No problem. I ordered a #4; a sandwich with fries. My brother ordered a piece of chicken and fries. Our fries were cold. My brother was missing his pickles which he had ordered. Food amazing Service after ordering. Slow. Lethargic. And just plain pathetic Franchisee this is the slowest turn of making a Dave's I've ever seen. You need to train your staff and realize you're losing customers who just walk out during normally busy times Maybe worth the cost to adequately staff. Good luck.
