This is the worst, chicken I have ever had it is bland no seasoning, and the chicken was small my mom spent 70 dollars on this and it was terrible. The service was ok the register man was pretty funny. The vibe was terrible the tables werent cleaned the floors were dirty and the music taste is terrible needa better ambiance. We tried opening the door 20 minutes after they opened for lunch and it was locked. All the employees looked at us through the glass and went back to talking. Can't get a score higher than a 1 when you refuse to open.

The employees at Warrensville (especially the one woman who may or may not have been a manager) was acting out emotionally, telling other employees to shut up, making a scene when someone asked for napkins and then announced loudly that the whole restaurant was out of napkins. The young lady that claims to be the owner Tisha or something like that was extremely rude and need to go to Customer Service training. They forgot my order and ptold me things like this will happen. I would not go back to this place and will be telling everyone I know about my experience. Looko g for the real owner to reach out to me
