no longer able to order in person. had to place online order. waited 45 min for fast food AFTER my order was placed. horrible customer service.

My son and friend waited for 15 minutes and no one took their order. There is no excuse for that.

The food is mediocre for the high price. The customer service takes it down a few more notches. And for the dining area, it looked like it had not been cleaned all day. We watched the cashier mumble a ticket number then slam the food on the counter, wondering what that customer did wrong. When our number was called we checked the box before leaving to see that they had forgotten the extra pickles. After yelling "excuse me" a few times over the four people in the kitchen, the gentleman looked up from preparing his black and m... read more

We received cold sandwiches, so I politely asked them if they could remake them and I could tell they were mad. We were supposed to have medium and hot spice, but tgey put reaper on for bringing them back. We could not eat them.

Terrible service. Women at the counter and cooks are talking to each other instead of doing their jobs. They are telling everyone that the point of sale systems are down but they can take mobile orders. We placed our mobile order 30 minutes ago and it's still not out. Very irritating waiting for our food while the cooks talk to the women working at the counter. The women working is also being very disrespectful to customers. Won't be coming here again.
