Food: Was fresh, seasoned well and not as oily as the last time I made a visit to this location. Service: When I walked in it was pretty slow and about 4 employees walked right past the front counter not even acknowledging me or saying someone else would assist me. Waited about 5 mins before the actual front counter person came. He was very nice and did assist once he was there. Ambiance: although the murals are nice it would've been good to see someone cleaning the font of house especially the drink area considering how... read more

Food was good. I didn't think it was really good. I loved the hand painted interior and the music. However, it took a good deal of time to receive my food, much longer than I expected considering there wasn't a line when I arrived and it seemed like a fast food setup. I didn't time it but would guess 15 minutes maybe more. While waiting with about three or four others who were there before me, I noticed that three women in the kitchen were grouped next to the window looking down at their phones. This is the worst, chicken I have ever had it is bland no seasoning, and the chicken was small my mom spent 70 dollars on this and it was terrible. The service was ok the register man was pretty funny. The vibe was terrible the tables werent cleaned the floors were dirty and the music taste is terrible needa better ambiance. They need to step up they game because this is not it. This location should be restricted because it has absolutely no right tasting like this. We felt a little better when the owner responded but we left a review on the suggested website and we still have no response. They are in no way trying to remedy this issue.
