We love Dave's Hot Chicken so much but will be sticking with the Lakewood location from here on out. The employees at Warrensville (especially the one woman who may or may not have been a manager) was acting out emotionally, telling other employees to shut up, making a scene when someone asked for napkins and then announced loudly that the whole restaurant was out of napkins. She dropped a stack of cups on the floor and then proceeded to put them up for customer use. They all touched the floor! Another employee threatened to... read more

The young lady that claims to be the owner Tisha or something like that was extremely rude and need to go to Customer Service training. They forgot my order and ptold me things like this will happen. I would not go back to this place and will be telling everyone I know about my experience. Looko g for the real owner to reach out to me
