With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The excitement surrounding this place is unbelievable. My younger son absolutely adores it. He has visited twice already. I checked out some Yelp reviews and honestly, I wasn't too impressed. To be realistic, I wasn't eager to try it since it's nearly an hour's drive for us. However, since my younger son was really craving some Dave's Hot Chicken, we decided to make the trip. It is good, spicy and flavorful. Highly reccomend. I love the food and it brings a smile to my dad when i have it. The service is great as well.

I order this through uber eats so I did not receive hot which I didn't expect. To my surprise the food was still good. I order a chicken sandwich- hot and it was spicy than I expected. Still was good. My family enjoyed.
Hatem was amazing. Best chicken ever. Chicken is very good, nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend
