The food was very good, and fun fact: their sauce tastes like Canes sauce! But... ladies.. if you got nails going over your fingers tips; they 100% get covered in the grease and spices on the chicken. The service was average, wouldn't say it was horrible but also not anything special. Ambiance is uhm.. fine?

Never disappoints. REALLY hot, even mild has a kick. The service is decent for fast food restaurants and it has a very good ambiance. Always a great late night snack.

As soon as I saw there was a Dave's, I made it a point to go. It did not disappoint! The music the atmosphere was what I like. Service was adequate as it's serviced up fast food style. It was the first time I ordered the hot. It was hot but not unbearable as my heat threshold is high. The second time I went, I jumped up to the reaper. Dave's hot chicken never disappoints! The fried chicken is so good! Very well seasoned. The french fries are very well cooked with a very soft interior. And seasoned very well. The chicken is so juicy. RUN! This place has really good chicken. It is a little bit on the pricey side, but is a very good treat. Service is quick and efficient! Very short wait time. And then they are very quick to respond.

Great chicken! Fast service and the fries are delish. Got the slider & tender combo with fries at medium heat. Don't be afraid to order hot since the medium felt more like a mild (and my tolerance is low). Has more of a chipotle flavor than heat. The classic without any heat is probably what I'll order next time since I liked that more. They only have their homemade sauce on the side so no ranch unfortunately to those lovers! Pickles there are a thumbs up as well for me and add on the honey packets they offer!!

This place is a little spot that has great chicken sandwiches. They offer different levels of spicy. Food was fresh and service was great. I will be back again

Great first visit to Dave's! First, the staff is so dang friendly...Kind and full of recommendations on heat of the chicken and meal size. The place has a cool vibe... love the garage door type opening to the outside seating area. We got our food... Looked amazing... As I expected. What I didn't expect was for the fries to be so incredible! Soft and hot in the middle with a crisp, almost a little crunch on the outside layer. Omgosh!!! What really needs to be said about this place?!? The food is nothing short of AMAZING!! I had the chicken strips meal, mild with seasoned fries and kale slaw, my son had the strips (reaper! - must sign a waiver!) and my DIL had the mild chicken sandwich meal. The chicken is so moist, hot and delicious! We are already planning our next visit!

So glad they finally built one in tampa so we don't have to drive to Orlando for this place! It's always packed inside. Food is good! Lots of food!
