TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Better than chick-fil-a. Never thought I'd say that, but their customer service can be a bit better. The chicken was fire and the vibe was pretty dope. I'll definitely be coming back.
We love us some DHC! We've been ordering Uber eats from here on occasion and it's a family hit! All founded by our daughter when I was in the hospital and she wanted to find a place for food. Out of the 4+ times we've ordered from here the order has been accurate every single time. The chicken you can get in different spice levels including no spice, just for me :) Love the flavoring on the chicken and the fries. And don't forget the Dave's sauce! That stuff is good! I love how tender the chicken is as well as the flavor. Fries are great and chicken sliders are literally sandwiches!!!

Hot chicken is just hot chicken. Nothing too special here especially for a combo meal that totaled over $20 and does not come with a drink. The tenders were a pretty good size and I enjoyed the flavor but I don't get the rave. Hot chicken is literally just hot chicken, nothing more nothing less.
The atmosphere and the service were wonderful but unfortunately I wasn't overly impressed with the chicken. The different flavors were just different amounts of heat. They did not actually have different flavors if that makes sense. The macaroni and cheese was amazing. And the french fries were also amazing. Although, even the french fries had the same seasoning as the chicken. we ended up spending about $30 and it was macaroni and cheese fries and three tenders.
Fast service...great sandwiches. The tenders on their own are over seasoned but on the bun with slaw made it perfect for lunch!
