Mary is amazing!!! I forgot to add spice while mobile ordering and she helped me spice things up! I love going to Dave's hot chicken! The service and help is unparalleled!! The ambiance is chill

The restaurant itself and the staff seemed nice. Restaurant was clean. Food is ok but extremely salty, and I'm not sure why. There are other spicy chicken sandwich places nearby like PDQ or Mad Chicken and the food is not as salty at those places.

Tried Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time while I was in Toronto. I went to school at USF, but I do not live local. I had messaged one of my classmates about how good the food was up in Toronto, and they pointed out that there was a location in Tampa. So naturally, after class one day I had to look it up and sure enough it was just down the street. I always ordered takeout before I head home after classes. It's hard for me to find fried chicken that I really like. But my bae insisted I'd try this spot and boy did it blow me out of the water. Loved EVERYTHING and I'm still thinking of their mac. Only regret I have is ordering the medium spice level. Got to try their reaper and would either go for that or the Extra Hot next time. Great chicken every time! Consistently good food is the key to success. Never have to wait long for great chicken. Some cushion seating in the back but hard metal chairs everywhere else for those that need to know.

If you're a Hot Head, then you must try this place. A friend told me about it because he knows I love hot stuff. It was awesome. The reaper chicken sandwich was to die for. It's an hour away from where I live and was worth the drive. I was impressed with the texture and taste of the chicken also. Price wasn't bad either. If you like hot stuff this is a must. They have regular flavors also for the weak ones that go there with you. Haha.

It's located in a small Nice shopping plaza . Have outdoor seating . Service was extremely fast with the amount of customers. My food was delicious. First time here from Georgia and will be back. I had mild my husband had medium and he said it had a kick . As for me I'm not a spicy eater and mild Was Perfect with a lot of flavor . And the slider is basically a big juicy FAT sandwich one was way too much for me. And the restaurant was very clean . Worker was constantly sanitizing the table .

Dave's hot chicken has some of the best chicken in town. I usually get the sliders but today I got the nuggets. The food was cooked decently well but the seasoning was not the best. The chicken was only coated about half way around but the food was still pretty good. The service was nice but the line was long - nothing unusual. The place itself was fast casual with an okay dining experience.
