TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Serving was good, food was good , tables were a little messy, but loved the pickles and honey
I'm hooked... this fried chicken has take the top spot of all fried chicken. This is hands down the best hot chicken I've ever had. It's got a little bit of heat with a little bit of sweet. Damn!!!! I always go for the #1 hot with the coleslaw in lieu of fries with an extra Dave sauce and 4 honey's. (2) per chicken. Also, these tenders aren't your normal tender. These are like full blown breast. I'm keeping this place in my weekly rotation for sure.
The food was good. I got the extra hot chicken slider and the hot tender. My mouth is on fire. It gave hot. The tender was nice and crispy both served with pickles. The fries were ok they had a nice seasoned flavor and the slaw really complimented the slider. The Dave's sauce is really good. Service is out of this world. I stopped in on one of my food deliveries and the manager or owner immediately approached me to ask if I had an order. Chidi and Ryker had great customer service and they have great food. The environment of the place was great as well.
The quality of the food exceeded my expectations. There is a large variety of heat from mild to inferno. The quality of the chicken far exceeded all the others in this food space. The french fries and the macaroni and cheese were great side dishes as is the coleslaw. The service was welcoming and efficient. The walls are covered with elaborate painting full of fun designs and colors. It's great to see high quality competition to Chick Fil a.

Better than chick-fil-a. Never thought I'd say that, but their customer service can be a bit better. The chicken was fire and the vibe was pretty dope. I'll definitely be coming back.
We love us some DHC! We've been ordering Uber eats from here on occasion and it's a family hit! All founded by our daughter when I was in the hospital and she wanted to find a place for food. Out of the 4+ times we've ordered from here the order has been accurate every single time.
