If could them a zero I would. I've given this location multiple opportunities because it's closer to my home, but every time i order they never fail to disappoint me. Instead of making me fresh food they give me refried food I pay extra for stuff that I don't get. Overall worst place in town.

this place sucks‍ the emplyees sure are crybaby cop callers, they all look like they just graduated high school, an all confused on what to do

Very bad. Food didn't have the flavor I was expecting. The spice wasn't even there, very dry meat. The slice of bread is so flimsy and soggy. You're better off buying from Raising canes. Workers were not to my satisfaction I'm not sure what management they are under but changes need to be made! I usually love trying new places, this was no different until I noticed the management there. This location could have the opportunity to become great if only management and workers were better. I came back and did online pick up . TOOK OVER 50 minutes for 2 meals . And when I finally received my food it was way too oily and not seasoned at all all I could raiser was oil. Staff didn't seem to care online ordering is for connivence and was no help at all everyone was going in and out of the store and just walking around. I love Dave's Menifee and I was so excited I wouldn't have to drive the 40 minute drive for it anymore so this is extremely disappointing. Go to Menifee location.

Not worth all the hype, for the price the quantity is extremely low and the quality is average. Drive thru took nearly 30 mins, neither the drive through or inside was busy maybe 5 people inside and 3 in the drive thru. 20$ for a tiny thing of fries (roughly the size of a McDonald's small fry, 2 tenders on plain sourdough, and a small strawberry shake. Save your money and time!

Friendly & fast service! Mia helped us at the register and was very welcoming & helpful. Third time here and the food hasn't let us down. Inside was nice and clean. I accidentally ordered the wrong meal and Mia was helpful and took it back but was sent back out with my food. She let me know that they told her that she couldn't take back my food. Which is disappointing because it wasn't what I wanted. Who ever is in charge needs to step it up in the customer service. I had no issue paying the difference. I could have asked fo... read more

So my Bf was In the drive thru as he is pulling up they told him a second after 20 minutes no one came to the microphone again he called out hello 2xs and no response he pulled off with out my order as he is waiting in the line in drive thru to get out without ordering the next person pull up to order and they took they order like wth are you serious. I am mind blown about this cause dude wth. This just rude asf.

If I could give this location Zero stars, I would. Horrible service. Almost 45 minutes in the drive thru line and they simple "forgot" about me. How? This staff needs to get retrained. One of the "shift" managers has a horrible attitude and should get reprimanded for the way he speaks to customers. Food is mediocre and not worth it. Never again, go somewhere else.

Food is good,but service is terrible! Been to this location twice now and they messed up our orders on both visits. The first time we came, we went back in 3x after waiting an hour in the drive-thru line. We decided to give them a second chance since they've only been open about week, and same issues as last time
