At the window of the speaker I specified I want the chicken to be fresh and had to wait 15 minutes in drive thru for my order to only get dry old chicken that was black around the edges. I had drove out of town after I picked up my order and once I lunch I saw that the chicken was old and dry even thought I specifically asked at the speaker and at the window. The food was so cold.. the fries tasted like they were burnt and so cold and stale. Not a good experience

I'm sorry but whoever goes here truly doesn't know what good food taste like. It's is terrible drake came out with three bad albums and his food taste bad
This is the longest drive thru I've ever sat in on a Thursday night. 40-min and IM STILL IN LINE. A prisoner in my car. The sad thing is I came through a few months ago and the same thing. I've learned my lesson, never again. Writing this review in line so I can vent and not lose it on the drive thru worker....

Awful service! Took 25 minutes to get an order in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of us. Lady working the drive thru was yelling at a customer thru the speaker. Food was so so and very overpriced! Even ranch is extra. Never again

Now that I haven't seen Misael, the service has been awful. All the new workers are super stingy, and the food takes ages to come out. Even worse, when I order take out, the fries are always soggy! Other than that the vibes are cool, and the bathrooms are extremely clean.

Service takes forever and the shakes are given melted and lukewarm. I'm honestly shocked how there's zero thought about the timing of the food.

Feel like sitting in your car for 28 minutes to get two chicken tenders? This is your place. The food is good, but the wait times are wild. I don't recommend you come here if you're in a hurry.
