I come here to eat almost everyday but on the 9th I came through the drive-in and I was charged 2 times for my order. I called the manager who was working that day and she said she would refund it and to wait 24 hours. 2 days now and I find out she never did. Would never be coming back here will be going to Buffalo Jack's their employees and owner actually care and won't steal from customers. They won't double charged you $28.25 and lie about refunding you like Dave's does.

I went April 29th @ 11:14pm not only did I get so sick I had to go to the emergency room my partner did as well & I breastfeed my 5 month old as well and guess what he got sick too! I asked for my money back and they have given me the run around saying they have refunded me my money... I run a very tight ship when it comes to my finances so I know exactly what's in my account and what's taken out of my account and they are saying they've given me my money and they haven't given me my money I spent 40.07 and it still hasn't ... read more

All of our orders are wrong. I got 2 #2 and 1 #1. For the #2's I wanted mild and medium, and for the number 1 I wanted no spice. When we got home, we gave the no spice to my kids but then quickly realized that they were given medium spice because they started crying of PAIN. In my #2 mild, I was also given medium instead of mild. As if that wasn't enough, in my #2 meal, the second slider had NO CHICKEN IN IT, just the condiments and the veggies...
