the food service and wait time was terrible 30 minutes for burnt chicken and rude customer service the fuck!!!

Ordered an online order for pick up. Picked it up, asked for extra sauce, and was told I couldn't get extra sauce for sealed orders. I said it was my order, then was told I couldn't get extra sauce for online orders. I haven't eaten anything fried for a whole year and wanted to treat myself, and it was a total disappointment... being denied sauce was the weirdest thing I experienced. First and last, went in the trash! = First time there, Last time there. Because the food ended up in a trash literally. Dave doesn't even stand by his own food! Because these entities are mostly franchises, do not expect any consistency or to be able to go to another location if the one you went to absolutely sucked! Won't be returning to this Dave hot chicken. The store manager Has the worst customer service. I ordered from DoorDash to pick up myself, and she refused to give me my order. After explaining to her that I ordered it from my DoorDash app, she simply kept repeating to me " you don't understand " she even asked me, " do you want me to tell you in Spanish so you can understand". If I could give this service that the Hemet Team provided to me a lower score. I would give it negative stars. We ordered DoorDash and realized there was no way to order extra cups of the Dave's sauce. So I proceeded to call the store. Drove 20 mins home to find the Spice level was wrong way to hot since we ordered medium and received xtra hot and the cheese fries were missing manager was a b**** . Had horrible customer service and insisted we bring the whole meal back to the store in order to receive a replacement I told her we drive 20 mins and were already home and she said nothing she could do on top of being short with me. She could care less about my experience shitty manager .

Zero stars. There is a reason why you have a drive through so people order and go. Unfortunately management does not know that the drive through needs to be quick. The lady kept telling me to wait. I was patient and as soon as 10 mins went by I asked if someone was there and she repeated herself for me to keep waiting. I came by for the first time to try them out. Waited for 1 hour for my food ! I had no other option but to wait with cars in front and behind me ! I have never waited this long in my entire life for fast food ! Whoever is managing the place needs to re trained or evaluated to make sure they are fit to run a business! Definitely not ok get it together
