The food was amazing. We got the sliders and the pieces was huge! The place is pretty cool looking too with outside seating for the "fresh air" of town center. And the people are super nice there and helpful with any questions. Wife wants to go back again so maybe I'll see ya there!

This is the second time I've let my 11-year-old talk me into going to some chicken place because he heard about it online. This was significantly better than the last place (see my Raising Canes review). The menu at Dave's hot chicken is pretty lean, but that's not a bad thing if you're great at the few things you do. Not bad for a chain restaurant for fried chicken. Limited menu items but they offer a variety of spice options and side dishes. Reasonable prices, quick service and a clean restaurant for a quick lunch

Late dinner Dine-In at DHC Gate Parkway and ordered the #1 and #2 Combo with medium fries and drink. It was good, just the right amount of spice plus the sauce. Great service from Evelyn upon ordering. Very courteous and professional. It was past 930 PM and the customers looked happy eating at this joint, the wall paintings are pretty cool to look at too.

Tried Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time and it was a solid experience! I got the hot chicken slider with mac and cheese -- both were super flavorful and came out quickly, even though the place was busy. They have a self-serve soda fountain, which is always a plus, and the inside was bright and inviting with some really cool graffiti-style artwork on the walls. Really tasty hot chicken! I've tried the sliders a few times now and quite tasty. They do make the order fresh upon order. The chicken is juicy, crispy with a soft bun to go along with it. It also comes with an orange tangy/sweet sauce that goes well with the fries or dip with the slider sandwich as well. In terms of heat level, I've tried mild and medium and didn't really notice much spice to it. I'll have to try a high level of spice next time. My first experience at Dave's was such a win! The food was absolutely amazing. I got the tenders w/fries, my husband got two sliders w / fries & my daughter got the nuggets with fries. Everything tastes so fresh & the heat levels are so spot on. Medium was my happy place but the hot was still really good! My husband got the extra hot and he loved it. The service was great, they were very nice & got our food out quick! The place is very clean & just a fun vibe to it. We will be back!
