So happy we finally got a DHC closer to us! The chicken and fries were just as delicious and at the same caliber as their locations around Portland, OR. Tenders were big and juicy and flavorful. Fries were crispy and hot and covered in that salty goodness(but maybe a bit too much salty seasoning). And man I love their daves sauce. If you've had one chicken you've had em all. They offer some different spice levels then chick fil a but basically chicken is chicken lol. We also tried Super Chix. The crowd is dying down at Dave's so the service is getting better. Worth a try but nothing to write home about.

We visited Daves Hot Chicken today. It was clean but they provide no wait staff. You bus your own table. You just get in line and order from a menu on the wall, We each ordered a chicken slider. The chicken was very dry and thin. The fries were good but the slaw on the bun was almost non existent. You have to ask for utensils and napkins. There was no sweetener for the ice tea and when brought to the attention of the manager he just shrugged his shoulders. First time at Dave's. The service was quick and the food delicious! Had the Mozzarella Sticks & a #2.

super fast paced and the food was hot. would definitely recommend this place over any chicken spot , the manager I didn't get his name at the Tacoma location but him and his staff were super nice and helpful

Ok folks I did it. I've seen so many things about the Dave's Hot Chicken reaper being insanely spicy. This location probably amped it up a bit especially for me. 2M Scoville units plus for sure. I have always been limiting myself to Hot sliders but thought to myself seriously how bad could it be and my wife is surely wrong. So I gave the reaper slider a shot fully armed with a tall strawberry milkshake. I'd say it was probably a ****/10 on heat. My wife said my face turned bright red after the first bite.
