The food was awesome, the price was reasonable, and the service was fast! The restaurant was clean and comfortable. It was the best chicken and fries combo that I can remember eating!

Food is good. Service is non existent since you can only order online or through a kiosk. The Ambiance is fine. Has a five guys type of feel on the inside. 4 out of 5 because I would rather deal with an actual person over a kiosk or talk to someone on the phone over doing an online order.

The service here is amazing!!I really do like the staff It can have its busy moments but the staff is wonderful, food is always yummy and fresh. With a chill atmosphere / ambiance.

since I've been going here the service and the food has been great!! Great service by the staff especially "Willie" . He makes sure u feel at home and explains all the questions u have.i will keep going here for the food and the great place to go to

I've been to Dave's many times when I'm in Seattle so I'm very happy that we finally have one in Tacoma. This is my second time at this location (both times were for pick up). The first time I ordered here I ended up waiting 20 minutes past my pick up time in the freezing cold! Understandable since it was one of their first weeks being open. The chicken is incredibly great. Seasoned perfectly and tender. I'm not going to review the customer service because they are still working out how to be efficient with high demand. The slider with fries for $10 is very reasonable for the quality of food.

I haven't dined here yet, I've only been inside once, last Saturday to pick up a delivery order. The place was insanely packed with a long line outside. Yet, the cashiers helped me pronto and were very polite despite being up to their eyeballs in orders. I don't know their names but Boss, if you're reading this, give kudos to the young black kid and red headed girl.
