I needed to do a cash home loan and Dave was the man to see He is as knowledgeable as anyone can be in the field. Always pleasant, professional andreturns communication very quickly and thoroughly. He did my sons loan and refinance. I recommend Dave both as a professional, but also as a person you can trust.
David was great to work with. He answered all our questions promptly and completely. We worked with him originally a couple years ago on our original home loan, and then just recently on a re-fi that saved us a lot of money each month. David advised us to do a cash out refinance to a lower out interest rate and monthly payment and to help pay for an extensive remodel. We went from start to finish in less than a month. Even more spectacular was how Dave followed the market throughout the process and had us wait a couple days while the Fed lowered rates and got us that better rate! He made certain the closing went smooth through escrow and we can’t thank him enough!
I recently moved from the east coast and was very concerned about finding someone to help me purchase a home. David Angrove was recommended and I cannot praise him enough for the ease of the process, the support, and how quickly he managed to finish the work and move the closing ahead. David and his associate Lisa seemed to be available almost all the time, responded to every question in a surprisingly timely fashion, and were very clear with instructions. My highest recommendation; you could not find better service.
Overall - this was a very pleasant experience. This was my 5th home purchase and by far the easiest. My military friendly bank has been a great bank for me, but when it comes to mortgages, that isn't their most proficient area, which is why I went with Dave on this one!
