David was awesome to work with. I really appreciated the extra effort he took in explaining all of the different details of our transaction which were a bit complex and, at times, a bit overwhelming. He was patient and answered all of my questions, never rushing thru any points or details. It was a pleasure working with David Garcia he by far exceeded my expectations. This was our first home purchase and David and his team were a pleasure to work with. Working with David was effortless. He provided all the information I needed at every turn and was always very clear and explicit about what my options were all along the way. Working with David Garcia from Vault Mortagage was what I consider a highly successful experience. David spent endless hours over the last year making it easy for us to accomplish all the tasks we needed to complete to get us lined up for a swift qualification for our home loan.
