Working with David was effortless. He provided all the information I needed at every turn and was always very clear and explicit about what my options were all along the way. He was always available when I needed to talk, and he even surprised us and showed up at the signing to say congrats. Will definitely work with David again.

Working with David Garcia from Vault Mortagage was what I consider a highly successful experience. David spent endless hours over the last year making it easy for us to accomplish all the tasks we needed to complete to get us lined up for a swift qualification for our home loan. He followed through with everything he guaranteed and had situations handled when issues arose. He was like a step ahead every time is was amazing! First off I want to say how grateful I am with David and his assistant they listened to our needs and helped us so much. They keep us in the know of everything that was going on every step of the way. Buying a house can be stressful but David told us ahead of time what we needed to do and have ready for him to make this process as easy as possible. After this process I can only say good things about David and I will be referring more people his way.
