I went with my daughter to get fitted for her bridesmaid dress...What an experience. After being told X was going to be her attendant, 3 attendants later she was given a dress to try. I asked what different ways the dress could be worn and was handed a ipad and told to watch the video...ok...Today, 6/14 we go to pick up the dress and she was taken to a fitting room. Don't ever go to David's bridal! Had the worst experience... I was told by the consultant that if I bought my (brides maid) gown that Davids would do a complimentary steam it for me the week of the wedding, LIE. Then a Davids shows one of the guests the brides gown without contacting the bride at all. When the bride called to address the issue she got no apology and only heard excuses of 'well we get yelled at all the time for not showing the gown to mother in-laws'. If you can get your dress anywhere else please do this place is managed by idiots they tell you one thing and do another they are suppose to help with your magical day and all they do is cause stress and headache they lie about when things will be ready they lie about when you can get your last fitting they have no idea how to be professional I honestly have no idea how they stay open good luck to anyone who chose to buy anything from them I gave them one star cause you have to give them something
My dress was due to be here last week. Have appt for alterations this coming week. Nobody bothered to call and inform me that it will now not be in until end of April at the earliest. I live 2.5 hours away. Thank God I called to check status instead of going to my scheduled appt! They also called me 2 weeks ago to confirm a fitting that didn't exist! My dress wasn't even there! Very unprofessional and clearly disorganized! What a disappointment!
