Had a 6:30 appt with my niece, not one person even looked at us until 7:00. We were there 2 hrs and she only tried on 3 bridal gowns. Very under staffed, or they have too many appts scheduled per consultant. We wont be going back to Davids Bridal anytime soon.I would not recommend this store to anyone.
Avoid this place!!! Rude, awful and lying Sondra needs to find another job.
When I first got my dress, I loved it there. Alterations were my nightmare. I waited almost two hours to be seen. Then when I went to pick it up, there was a hole in my dress that they blamed me for, my train was not hemmed correctly, and I was missing over a dozen rhinestones. We had to keep the dress there another week to get fixed. Alterations were not cheap and they wouldn't accommodate for their mistakes. My first two visits to David's were nice, the young ladies that helped me were nice as well. However on my go back it seemed to be way over crowded and under staffed. My appointment was scheduled over a month in advance. Of course people walk in but I feel like standing appointments should get first priority. Also a 1hr window is not enough time to find your dream dress especially a bride and appointments should be spread out as much as possible. Had to get my girls dresses of the racks for them to try on. Had 0 help, was very overbooked, associates only helped brides. Terrible.
Worst Experience- I scheduled an appointment, and showed up early. Had my mom and sister with me, I was greeted at the door politely and then came the nightmare. The girl that I had rolled her eyes nonstop, pick nothing that I asked for and was very very rude to my mother. I do not get to spend a lot of time with my mother and this was supposed to be an awesome experience that turned into the worst!
